Front torsion bar adjustment

Hi all looking for help with adjustment to front torsion bars any one know how its done and, its on a 98 maverick 2.7tdi (lwb)

There is enough information there for you to be able to adjust.

Cheers, had idea on how to do it just the finer details of measurements an all that new gas shocks ordered pick up today fitted and screwed up a bit ready for towing caravan and boat over holiday season :lol:
