Front suspension bump stop

Hi,
anybody know where I can get 2 front bump stops for a 2002 3.0 DTI, Nissan want £35 plus vat each. Milner don't do them.

Does he mean the bump rubbers on the suspension, not the steering stops:nenau

Didn't some one fit some modified LR ones, or was that for the rear.

Isn't the front one bolted from below on the wish bone, or is it the top one that you need?

It's bolted from below on the bottom wishbone. Hadn't thought of a different vehicle, sounds like a possibility. Is it possible to glue the rubber to the metal as I have one rubber?

Thanks is the 540530F000 for a 3.0L or a 2.7 or are they the same. Price is v good £3.75

ought to be the same as its only the engine thats different, not aware they changed the running gear with that upgrade....

I think the part number is N540524M400 but I will look at a T2 to see if it is the same.

be aware that one of the upsides of this truck is that, with a couple of relatively minor exceptions. e.g. auto to fixed hubs, it has only changed cosmetically during most of its life.

I suspect the only difference you'll find with the 3.0 is the bonnet and engine.

I'm pleased about that, since I am running a 16 year old Maverick, I can still get parts from both Ford and Nissan at a pinch... Cheque book ready...

Not that it's needed many other than service parts, discs and pads, exhausts, batteries and tyres. Even 90% of the bulbs are still original.
4 x ARB drop links, 2 rear slave cylinders , 1 rear wheel bearing and seal, so far in 16 years. :thumb2
Plus a road tanker of Diesel :lol :lol
