I got my last one from milner off road, good price and a good quality item, they also have a good returns service and they seem to know what they are talking about. I also bought a new gasket at the same time, which was pointless as the original was fine so I just sealed it with a bit of exhaust paste and used it again.

Can be a hard job to do yourself, awkward access, studs can snap, etc.

Slightly cheaper here : http://seekpart24.com/qh/exhaust-pipe-140081

I'll phone my local place for you tomorrow as they are almost always the cheapest.

The front pipe seems to be the same for all models from 1993 up to 1999.

This question was asked recently and has been partly answered here I.e a bit of fiddle to get at, with the of potential problem of siezed bolts at the manifold end.

I did mine in the summer and snapped a stud, but was lucky enough to be able to remove the stud.

Get the car as high off the ground as you can, and remove the passenger side front wheel. The manifold bolts will be right in front of you. You will be able to undo two of them easily from here. Next get under the car and take off the short propshaft, which will allow you to get a long extension bar and universal joint socket thing onto the bolt at the rear. Also having the propshaft out the way makes removing the old and feeding the new pipe in much easier.

Mark the propshaft so it goes back on exactly the same. I got this adice on this forum and apologise for repeating it again.

Good luck.

Alan
