bought my T2 from a dealer in hebden bridge few months ago love the car but after few weeks of ownership i found a job each day that wanted repairing , thermostat never warmed up,rear brackes shoe came apart in drum, horn, cig lighter not working ,digital trip display half works ,rear wash not working all of these jobs have now been sorted by the dealer which gave me an hire car till mine was done , ive just had new battery fitted & 3 new tyres by myself i returned home to find my front pipe blowing :bow so i rang the dealer again without any hassle he said he will order one & fit it tom ive also mentioned the clutch which has a noisey thrust bearing on tick over that dissapears once the clutch is pressed also little notchy going into first so it wont be long as its gonna need replacing , he has said he will look at the clutch once im there , all in all im pleased for once with a garage that has actually looked into the jobs unlike most once they have the cash they dont wanna know any repairs :lol

Fairplay that man, give him a boost and post his details on here mate :thumbs

Agreed sounds like an honest dealer, every one in the area take note, Rick

i went today for my front pipe fitting , while i was there i offered to pay for some wiper blades cos they have got to the point they just spread water everywhere ! he told the mechanic to replace the blades at that time i wanted to settle up he refused to me its ok its for my time & diesal he said the whole job cost me nothing ...well pleased oh & that new front pipe has made the pick up so much quicker & quieter :thumbs
