Front passenger window switch wanted

Does anyone have a front passenger window switch for a 3 door T2 (1994), either just the switch or the small plastic panel containing the switch plus a blanking plate.
Mine works ok but the non-replaceable internal bulb has blown, a minor thing I know but I would like mine to work properly.
