Front offside outer track rod end

Evening all.

Just a quick one, I need to order one of the above however looking at the part, they come in a left hand or right hand thread. Anyone know off hand which i need, save me paying the garage a visit?!

i'd still do both if ones gone it wont be long before the other one goes, however you could just run your finger nail in the thread to see which way it goes

I thought about the threads but they're wound right I'm and can't see them :-(

The only reason I'm replacing it is because the rubber boot is torn and loose and its due and MOT next week and will fail due to the potential water/dust ingress...
