Front Hub Greasing

My 2003 R20 2.7 needs front hubs greasing, with the wheel off I see the central cap and a circle of nuts, how do I get inside? what grease to use and how much, oh and any new seals req?

I thought the hubs had to be repacked periodicly?

I guess if they are getting older it may not be a bad idea to clean em up and regrease but they don't need packing with grease just a coat of grease. In the workshop I'm sure they just used spray on copper slip to coat them. Most problems with Auto Hubs tend to be with the brake rings causing lack of 4wd, there are many threads of this nature.
