front grille on terrano II

I have a 2000 plate Terrano II sport. The fornt grille is colour coded to the car, however I have seen a 2001 car with a crome effect front grille and it appears to be the same shape as mine. Does anyone know if these are interchangeable if they are i think I'm gonna change mine for a shiny one.

Hi tony2002,do you have the mk3 or the mk2 i have the mk3 with the chrome effect at the front! Do you have the square lights or the round ones?,what ever front you have i'm sure you can change to the chrome at the front.
I can't say i've seen a chrome front for the round headlights but i could be wrong!! :? :lol:

No I do have the square lights, going to ring nissan today to see what they say and get prices

Have a look on ebay first, usually 1 or 2 on there.

there is a guy on there Holdcrofts, he was a 2006 rally supporter and he donated one for the rally. If I remember right he'll give you a club discount.

Tony it'll be a straight swop over :smile: but have a look on ebay as their was one on the other day :roll:
Cosmic 1999/2000 was the change over for period from the mk2-mk3 :smile: But I think the mk3 grill may fit the mk2 :roll: but we can check that out the next time I see you & compair the grills fittings etc :smile: :smile: :smile:

Just spoke to Nissan who confirmed it fits with my chasis number and quoted me £117, so will have a look on ebay and see whats going

the mk 3 wont fit the mk2 as i examined the '06 auction item. the mk3 grill is deeper fits into a recess in the bumper.

Mine has the recess so should fit nice
