Front and rear Bumpers

Does any on have any plans for making a new front and rear bumper.

Do you have any paper plans for it, or did you just keep cutting till it fit.

Iv got a welder who will build me one, but he dont want to keep cutting for no reason, he aske me to get the plans so he has something to work from.

What happend to all the wood? if you had photos of it all i could work from that.

Well I used the wood to make the first mock up, easier and cheaper to piss about with wood than steel :thumbs
That mock up is now with the fabricator I use so he can make many more :sly
Same with the front one I mocked it up and then had it made by Andy Landy
How much will your welder charge then ? Bear in mind most of it is 6mm steel and folded lots and then some welding.

I have no idea on cost from my welding guy, i gues it depends on time and plate costs.

Iv got all the tools to do a wooden one first though, and work have lots of scrap wood. But if you still had yours knocking around, :sly

yep sounds about right, I got mine without bashplate for £170ish. Wish i got one because I am lazy and not got around to going to my local blacksmiths.
