I was at my Brothers in Warwickshire last week. He works for a main dealer of a large Japanese car manufacturer, and offered to have his Technicians do a service on my Mav, so naturally I graciously accepted. All I had to do was provide the filters. Here's what they did...

Replace engine oil and filter.
Replace air filter.
Replace fuel filter.
Replace front diff oil.
Replace rear diff oil, (LSD).
Replace main gearbox oil.
Replace transfere box oil.
Replace clutch hydraulic fluid and bleed.
Grease props and lock stops.
Remove rear drums, skim inner surface.
Adjusted handbrake.
Rotated front wheels to back and correctly torqued wheel nuts.
Replaced power steering pump belt.
Replaced fan belt.

They used quality fluids throughout, so this would have probably cost an arm and a leg.

Thanks again Bruv, and Yes, I will take more care of it !

Just remember theres never really any such thing as a free lunch....................................... whats the dirt youve got on him :augie:lol:lol:lol

Well Lee I'm impressed with your gentlemanly conduct - how gracious of you to accept several hundred pounds worth of servicing without so much as the tiniest complaint...a wonderful example.:thumb2

Oh by the way, I hate you now :(:(

i think he should open it to every one to suffer, after all its always better to shair!

I've never been one to upset people unneccessarily, so it would have been rood not to accept ! :)

They did a VSR, (Vehicle Safety Report), and came up with a couple of things that will need doing for the upcoming MoT, but I didn't want to push my luck ! :naughty
