i wouldnt be giving a grand for it. im sure you could get the newer model with a grand if you look hard enough..

actually, I agree Larson. Mine cost a grand, admittedly I had to spend a furthur £500 or so on it but still!

what ever you buy always needs a bit of money but with fuel going up on an almost daily basis i belive the bottom will fall out of the 4x4 market anytime and then they will be cheeper and if its rotting thats something else to beat the price down with..
i had a ford maverick and i loved it at the time but the ford badge is also less desirable (im guessing). if this was the case i would be looking for the ford to get a better bargain..

Hmm a grand does seem a lot for a car thats starting to rot and has bodywork damage, all be it minor!! I only paid 2.5k for mine in perfect nick.
