Many mods, many new parts, spent a bloody fortune on this :D

New rear shoes, grooved front pads discs, all steering ball joints and track rod ends, relay link, shocks, front wheel bearings, alt belt, water pump, inlet manifold gasket, regularly serviced

Arbs removed but can be refitted

In daily use, mechanically superb, engine is mint, no smoke whatsoever, uses not a drop of oil, sweet as a nut

Mods in sig

£2300 with -25 offset modular rims and tyres, £2k with stock rims

As it ever been off roaded?:lol
Joking aside you should have no probs selling her, good luck:thumb2

hello, always liked this car just a shame I haven't got the money, if someone buys it without the wheels will you be putting them up for sale separately?

Possibly, might stick them on my next motor tho

May even keep it tho lol as its such a solid truck

You'll get better MPG from the T2 & it'll fit through gaps a Troll won't:thumb2 But I do like Trolls tho just couldn't fund running one as our everday motor

Still for sale, and ever improved :D

I literally replace something every week !

This must be one of the most tip top terranos on here

Putting front arb back on this weekend as mrs is shortly using as a daily

you planning some adventure mate? can I come and show you my terrano can do anything your patrol can do.
Have you been stuck yet and not been able to get your truck through wot the big boys do?

want to grab you by the sholders and shake you.

If you need to sell this to finance your troll. wheres the extra money coming from to get it up to your t2 standard?

sorry if blunt, I am passionate about mine and covers everything I require.
and I have had a lot of wine:D

Getting a defender double cab if ya must know ;)

Selling the 60 plate zafira, using the money to buy defender.

After mixing with the Landy boys I've decided that's the way to go for me.

The landies are no more capable than my Terrano, it's all down to tyres, unless its a highly modded defender with stupid articulation, but that can be matched by a patrol of similar spec.

The reason I'm going to the dark side is modding, shit loads of parts available for the defender, parts are cheaper etc. I want to continue to mod and the next thing for me would be a sas front axle swap on the terry, too much money hence why I want a Landy.

Defenders are basically a kit car with limitless readily available aftermarket parts and mods. I will get a nice base model and spend years slowly building it into a formidable BEAST

will be running a nice stock Terrano tho as mrs car, so u won't be getting rid of me

I have been stuck and pulled by landies mate, but only as my tyres are not insa special tracks. It reall comes down to me loving to tinker and the fact defenders are easier to work on as they are kit car, and the massive readily available endless list of bolt on bits for them.

A nice 200bhp td5 110 crewcab with full external cage, bead lock rims resprayed in matte black is where I will be in a few years time :D

Sommit like this

Nah mate, 6-7k for a tidyish stock high mileage 110 crewcab around 2001 vintage

Td5s are great tbh mate and very tuneable

Mates had loads of trouble with headgasket on his 300

300tdi is what you want

Yip the 300TDI is the one to get TD5's are crap engines, you'll be replacing the injector harness every year, heads cracking is very common & they ain't cheap by no means & the TD5 parts cost more:augie if your going to LR hunt around for a mint 300TDI as you'll save money in the long run but watch out for shot bulkheads on them all & loads of water leaks in the cab & being cold in the winter:augie

I understand what your saying. easy and quite cheap parts and mods for landys.
I prefer the troll myself. but my truck is in very good nick and ive spent too much on it to start again.
and its just so cumfy:D
