Fog light upgrade

I belive the bulbs in my 2002 front fogs are h1 ?

Anyone upgraded them ?

Thinking of trying nightbreaker h1s in here too

My old T2 (1994) has H1 Nightbreakers in the foglights, trouble is I keep getting flashed by other drivers so perhaps they are too bright. Never seen any way of adjusting them either.

I'd just flick them on/off depending on where I'm driving
