Depends on the power, if low power there is a live behind the interior light, but probably better to run a seperate cable behind the roof lining towards the front righthand windscreen post ie driver's side and hide it behind the trim, get the wire to the driver's foot well, and there are many live feeds in that area.
Fuse it and put a suitable switch on it.

Hope this helps to get you started.:thumb2

"if it's a strobe it's very low power, why a permenent live feed??"
For use when ignition is not on?

not ideal but as as starting point theres a live feed in the radio loom, which feeds
the radio's memory, i linked into it to power my cb so that it didnt loose its
memory if engine switched off/stalled/or ciggy lighter plug previously used worked
loose.

Thanks for the replies guys, BUT.......the person that owned the truck before me put in a direct + and - to the battery both fused, i found it on Thusday.
So i have now connected into that.

About 5 people have asked me "Why do you want that on the car" my answer was, "Cos its no good in the shead" :doh and thats where its been for about 4 years now.

So its all up and running. :clap
