Fixing speakers in Mistral

Hello all
Has anybody got any tips on putting new speakers in my Mistral/Terrano

The original ones have had it. I don't know the best ones to use. I have fixed a DAB Ariel on

the roof (with a great help from Banshee,thank you again Banshee) which makes

the radio sound much better. Reply's very welcome

I did put a Calliber set in my old truck.

They are a funny size in the doors.
I know a few folks on here have had to make baffle plates to get aftermarket ones to fit in the doors.
