fitting spring spacers

i've got myself some spring spacers, wheres best place to jack truck up from to fit these? ive got a hi-lift jack if itll be needed? also anything else need taking off to get springs off? will i need spring compressors? if anyone has a walk through it would be appreciated!

I wouldn't use that Hi Lift mate lol, they are dangerous as fook!!!!!

Besides there's no jacking points for them on the Terrano, I think they were made for use with Jeeps and Defenders lol

No compressors needed mate, drop the arb, shocker etc and they should just drop out :thumb2
