Hi has any one got a Patrol Y61 type with dual batteries fitted
as i am Going to fit a dual system with a Spilt charge relay.....

If any has could you take a pic and forward the tray dimensions please, will then fabricate one......

Thanks Davemud

Sorry mate, as my Patrol has aircon, i have no space for a 2nd battery up front, settled on a Thumper Unit (made in NZ) to get us out of trouble, run the fridge etc ...

Dave, I have done this a few times on transit vans, I found a petrol one has the battery on the other side and you can unbolt this and just bolt it straight in place. Now i know a patrol and a transit are very different but would it be worth looking at the battery monting you allready have with a view to finding or replicating another?
