Faulty Central Locking

hope someone can help with this?

when i lock my car with the fob within a few seconds it unlocks itself i am assuming it is going to be one of the door switches. can i just remove switch and set it to be closed all the time? if so do i connect the wires or leave them disconnected? as a short term fix until i can get a replacement.

is anyone breaking a terrano want to sell me the switch?
