farting smoke

Nope not me:augie my truck, on start up it farts a bit of black smoke and feels like a little miss fire, could this be caused from dad revving its nuts off every time he starts it:doh:nenau possibly a blocked filter or somthing?

Never a good plan on a cold engine haveing just been woken from it's slumbers before it's had a chance to make a coffee or spread some oil about the place :doh
You were popping a bit of smoke when you were down these parts. Probably an injector on the way out .

Ok, yeah, I do know revving a cold engine causes wearing, it was him who told me I've got another terrano or 2 that I'll nick the injectors from as I know the prices of them:doh
