below are some pictures of the static caravan my family own in caister on sea norfolk ..subject to their ok , i will let members hire it cheaply ..... it is a willerby westmoreland 35 foot x 12 foot 2 bedroomed static caravan ( main bedroom ensuite )

the family nomally charges £350 per week throughout the season ( haven charge over £700 ) . but i think they would take £275/300 for members .if it was up to me you could have it free , but unfortunately , it isnt up to me .

oh how i wish it was that simple my friend ..... unfortunately i have to contribute my share of the running costs :(

Looks nice,

Surely you dont end up with no money from the rentals

in a word ? ..... no i dont because anything i recieve goes to the " pot " for running costs ( which are quite high ) normally i take 2 or 3 weeks out of my allowance so me and sheila can go to the caravan on holiday ... only leaves a couple of weeks .

im not gonna bore you with a breakdown of costs , but its not cheap

Fair enough so long as you end up with 3 weeks of no cost hols.

I know someone who had one of these located miles away. Because he (and family) rarely got to visit each week he was there effectively cost him thousands.

He actually made a good move and bought the one next to his and started renting them both out :thumb2
