Sounds like you have an understanding of the job.:thumbs

Get gaskets for both ends and new nuts and bolts, smear a bit of exhaust paste on the gasket faces, job done.

The U bolt on the gear box bracket might need replacing, so check this out first job.
Also fit lock nuts on the U bolts here as they come loose.

Hope you are not exhausted after though:lol:lol

Best regards,
Rustic

Those mini exhausts with the clamp were something else, with the trumpet end.
When we had an Austin Ambassador, the clamp was exactly the same, only bigger.
I found the easiest way was to fit the new exhaust was to use a trolley jack under the exhaust pipe, until it started to lift the car, then, it was easy to fit the clamp, otherwise the flange was creased:doh
Happy days...

Good luck

:lol:lol Thats how we did it on the landcrabs as well... It was a git of a job, with 2 bolts, 2 clamp halves, two shell halves, 2 lock washers and 2 nuts, and no working space.

We used to braise the bolts onto one of the clamps, and use a gob of grease to hold the shells to the clamps, plus we used to grease the exhaust flare as well, which allowed it to slip into place over the manifold as you raised the trolley jack, and as it burnt off when you started the engine, the carbon created a seal as well.

Worse still on the straight 6 2200 version, with two into one.
