You need to check that out in full - an awful lot changed in 2006 when NERC act came into force - many of the lanes in that route could now be illegal.

Ta for that,thought it would be a good idea to put it on here as this is all new to me.
Can tell anybody about race tracks,airfields etc :lol but green lane'in :nenau

Are there any other web sites that are county specific so to speek on where you can & cant go.?

Some local councils have online maps, some have lists of open stuff, some have lists only of closed stuff, some have nothing at all bar the definitive ap which you can go and look at during office hours (usually have to make an appointment).

Trailwise is a pretty good site to use as non member you don't get full info but you get enough to know if its recorded as legal or not.
 
A quick look at the map based on the start point and I found a byway - checked it on Trailwise - result is HERE - did this without signing in so got exactly same as a none member would.

Gonna give this a go Friday as i had a crash on the M25 today :eek:
Luckerly only metal was hurt :bow
Could of been so much worse :(

Car was in lane 1
I indicated,checked mirrors... nothing...
Started to drift across...
BANG :eek:
Car acroos front of lorry :eek:
In the middle of rush hour & no one else involved :bow

Only spoke to Pete at the weekend saying i'd only had 1 accident in 13 years :doh 2 now :doh

Would be really interest to see how you get on, I only live about 3 miles from Sible Hedingham, will be too busy for a while to give it a go but sounds good.
