Hi all,
I bought an engine heater, only seems one place I can fit it
I am thinking cut the top heater hose where the heater is resting right now
Top heater hose I guess is flow. I plan to have the bulk of the heater level or below the top of the pipe BUT there is an engine lift bracket under the lower pipe nearer the bulkhead
Anyone have an expert opinion, anywhere else in the engine bay has no room to mount the heater so it will NOT airlock. I want it lower than or at least level with the pipes
I thought of in the cabin but do not seem to be able to find any hoses :doh
An alternative will involve new pipes but should be doable.

I'm having the same issue, my 2nd battery is in the only space. The Kenlowe is even bigger so can't even go where you are looking at.

Reading that thread was very informative :thumb2
I've just dropped James a text to see if he's got any Heated Fuel primers in on any of the 2.7td non inter-cooler models, I wouldn't mind attempting to fit one of those in mine for the cold winter months.

I've never heard of running 2 stroke in with SVO, has anyone on here ever done this? I wouldn't mind trying that to see if it makes it smoother, I also find the engine is more "tapperty" when cold running on Veg until it gets up to temp
