ok so picture looks more like abs controller and found images of coolers
but no heard of them on Terranos.

I have heard of egr coolers on high bhp motors but thats for abs.

yeah uses coolant to cool the gases passing from the exhaust to the intake, but the ebay listing is the abs unit.
