Hi guys

Can anyone on here supply an egr blank for my 2.7tdi. I'm crap at making anything and i cant find one to buy anywhere. Obviously beer tokens will be involved :thumbs

I'd be tempted to say makeitfit or Rick on this one

ball bearing and 2 small jubilee clips is what I did mine with.
push the ball bearing into the rubber hose to the egr and secure with a jubilee clip either side.:thumb2

I just shoved a ball bearing up the pipe which was a nice tight fit even after spraying some WD40 into the pipe to help it slide up

so dont i need an actual plate between the egr valve and manifold to block it incase its stuck open?

If it's stuck open then yes it'll need plates or replacing, don't think mine was stuck open or maybe just a little hence why I did the ball bearing fix to stop it from poss getting fully stuck open
