I changed the front droplinks about 5 or 6 months ago, and now they need replacing again (more the rubbers than the actual droplinks) whats the averge lifespan of these? 6 months seems to be a very short time!!!

Check the state of your wishbone, oh er missus! :lol
When I binned mine I notice that the metal round the hole was pretty nasty and was probably eating half the rubber on it's own:augie
Just use them once a year now so lasts ages :sly

Petes right, some big wide washers either side of the bushes will help avoid damage from those spanish-cut :doh holes in the w/bone......but I found even the polybushes arent that hard-wearing, contrary to what you'd expect...

Yea guys i am already using washers as a precautionary measure, was thinking of a polybush kit alright.. but still doesnt tell me on average the lifespan of the standard bushes that come with the drop links and should i complain to supplier for free ones or is it about normal and just buy more??

Bit of a piece of string question really....motorway miles - probably 2-3-4 years or more, offroading - a matter of months or even weeks.

The stress on these stupid little things from such a heavy truck is major....and they are peanuts and easy to swap, not worth messing about IMHO.
