hi can anyone tell me the best way 2 get them out they need changing thanks darryl
 
if you mean the whole units, you have to remove the front grille first. open bonnet, squeeze in the 4 clips you can see from the top, and two either side at the bottom. Its a bit tricky, but you can use a screw driver to carefully turn the little thingy that goes between the clips...youll see if you look. Then, a similar situation for the lamps apart from the screws holding it in...
 
Is you're maverick fitted with square or round headlights. ?

Ok, well on the square headlight types, the headlight is held in with x3 10mm nuts, 2 behind the grill and one on the top on the light, the spotlights in the bumper are held in with 2 screws:thumb2
