Door Mirrors

Bust one of my door mirrors, been repaired before but now it wobbles like mad.

Assuming door card has to come off to get to the screws for the mirror.

I’ve got a spare but it’s got a painted panel on where the original is a chromed plastic cover, is it possible to change the covers over or is it likely to cause more damage?

Do not need to remove the door card for mirror screws but only for the electrical plug, and yes the painted cover can be replaced with the chrome one, Rick
