Door Card Removal

Hi guys, can anyone please tell me how to remove the door cards from the front door of my t reg truck, the twin round headlamp model.

Front or rear??
Rears are just clipped in place.
Have to remove the grab handle and door handle surround then gently prize them off.
On the fronts there are two little screws at the front with plastic caps.
Once all clips are free you have to lift them upwards and away they come.
