May go on the terrano, and there are loads of options on disco 2 rears, makes etc but most importantly loads of lengths

Now the bushes top and bottom have a 12mm or 1/2 inch eyelet whereas the terrano has a 16mm mounting pin/spindle

Can you think of a way of making a bespoke bush for the disco shocks to sit nice on 16mm mounting bolts ?

probably cheaper too as discos are more common then T2's

more common?? i would start 2 debate that seen more terrano's on the way back up from dumfries (much more than i did LR'S) and there's @ least 10 in my small area :clap

soz didn't catch u when i was down had kid being pains & sat nav couldn't even find ur village! was trying to take me 2 1/2hr away from southerness

no probs, u never know, i might just come to glasgow sometime, would like to play at drumclog:D

I think I could drill the bush out to 16mm no problem, loads of metal to play with :

why not just buy similar or the same ones makeitfit was selling?

But the proper thing for a T2 is only 40 quid anyway :nenau with extra travel and the right size bushes etc.

well yes, there are yours, but some of the landy ones are like 700mm long, just opens possibilities of even bigger articulation

(might need longer flexis )

Sorry mate not pushing the ones I had just making a point. That said extra mega long shocks are not that good without some spring power behind them. Although the axle can move that far you'll need prop work and trailing arms bushes to giggle pins and long flexi brake hoses, and after all that there's no grip available on that wheel cause there's no weight on it, if you see what I mean. Also you'll need disslocators and really still no point with IFS so buy a lokka and job done :thumbs
