Differences between Terrano 2.7 d sports & Terrano TDI SE Touring

I currently have a Terrano II TDI SE Touring 5 door (1998) and am considering getting a Nissan terrano 2.7 d sports 3 door (2003).

Could someone let me know some of the differences and pros/cons there are between the two models, including boot dimensions, ground clearance, as well as general performance and mpg?
