Sorry can’t think of a better description but I know I’ve heard about it. How long before diesel fuel is spoiled when sat in a vehicle not being used. Basically the project truck has been off the road since mid September and it has half a tank of fuel more than likely supermarket fuel. Does the weather make any difference to its life span. It’s probably going to be at least another month before it goes for MOT which I’m guessing isn’t going to help.

Yes the bug is real and a right bar steward to get rid of if you get it, but your tank needs to get "infected" it does not just happen, it is much more predominant on the waterways than on road fuel, worry not, Rick

Thanks Rick, that's reassuring, as mine is sat outside waiting for its new clutch/flywheel figment in January at the moment.

Compliments of the season to you and yours!:thumbs
