Hi I've just had a VP-37 Diesel Power Tuning Box fitted to my Patrol.

First impressions are good, car feels much better, just like my T2 when I fitted a PSI Box.

So Here's the addy, have a good read and there are installers all over the country if you don't want to DIY. Some are plug in and others like mine wired in.

Mav, any chance of making this a Sticky?

Cheers

I'm as happy as you

Don't you luv it when your engine is more powerful

System: VP-37 Connector: VP37-UNI
Standard BHP: 129 Standard Torque: 275
Tuned BHP: 157 Tuned Torque: 330
BHP Increase: 28 Torque Increase: 55

Yes there is no extra smoke due the it having 2 hiclones

The installer was well impressed said he could program it higher if I wanted  Will leave as is until I work out the MPG etc

Any feedback on MPG or improvement on power / drivability now ?

Tim..

Hi just got home after 400 odd mile round trip towing van. Yes loads better towing more power, torque and a couple of MPG better.

Not had time to work out exactly what MPG was. I never got it for that, I wanted the extra power/torque and it gives plenty

I did notice slightly more black smoke when towing, but that is to be expected. No noticable smoke when solo driving and the extra power and drive ability is great.
