Diesel fuel tank required for LWB Terran Maverick

I might take the option of replacing the diesel fuel tank on my long wheel base Mav, I was advised that a later Terrano one would fit.

Can anyone confirm?

BUT the important bit is getting a good one, if the price is right.

If you have one, can you PM me, with pics too, I have other irons in the fire, and I might be able to repair the old one but finding the time at the moment is the issue.

I think it likely that the petrol and derve tanks are the same just the bit that bolts onto the top will be different, I so I have a petrol tank available now of my scrapper, but cncfabs should know if they are different, Rick

Thanks for the info, yes I guess they could be the same as the flow and return are on the top plate, which will swap over.
I guess the petrol has the pump attached to that plate, which can be withdrawn.
Which as we know, the diesel doesn't have the pump.
