I can't see why not, as long as you get the correct dash for your truck, it will fit and work. As long as you get a guarantee that the new one works, I can't see a problem.

I sure a few have on here but the mileage is stored on the clocks & not the ecu, nissan were changing loads under warranty when they went to the digital mileage display & the mileage was wrote in the service book as the new clocks had to start blank
