I know a few are using purpose made dash cam's but others use that type of app on their phone so which ones are you using & how are you finding them ?
I've tried the Daily Roads Voyager app but the image screen is very small on the phone & not much bigger once transferred onto the PC:doh lots of different setting for day or night but found the settings had to be adjusted as the image was very dark & things were blurry & a bit jumpy at the edges then the app just crashed:doh stating a problem with the camera even tho I can take pic's or videos fine with the phone:nenau
At the minute trying out AutoBoy Dashcm-Black Box & so far it seems good with a lot of features & full size image on my phone, not sure what the video's will be like once uploaded to the PC yet but will find out tomorrow as I caught a copper tonight sitting at a red light & then driving off before the lights changed:eek: yes one rule for them & one rule for us:augie
I'm trying these out on my old Samsung Galaxy Ace with a 5mp camera as I might make a mount & hard wire it into the truck

Have you tried AUTOGUARD / I've used it a bit but not tried the others so no comment other than it seems OK

No I haven't but thought this thread could be a good place for people to put their views on such apps as not everyone might want to go the full dash cam route

Autoguard does what it says on the box
Works on my Nexus 5, and Experia P
