been given a reel of 10mm plastic coated copper pipe so i wondered if i could use it to replace the already repaired rusty steel pipes.
guy that gave it to me restores classic cars and he said he replaced all the pipes with copper on his triumph herald and never had any probs.
wont rust,is easy to bend and has the extra pvc coating on it:nenausounds like a good idea to me but what would i know:confused:

It is what i plan to use on my Capri, if and when i get around to it.

he origanaly gave it to me to replace my clutch damper pipe when that went but i have just blanked that off.

Yep its fine - used on clubmans rally cars to run the lines inside all the time - you might want to do the same whilst you're at it.

cheers for the advice:thumbs
looks like there will be copper fuel lines to do at the weekend, weather permitting.
