comp rod bushes

hi, wanting some comp rod bushes been looking on forum and people been saying get rubber instead of poly, just wondering were can i get these from and also the little crappy washes are knackered inside them, just wondering is there anyway of making heavy duty ones of these and how would you do it? cheers kieron

Assuming you mean anti-roll bar bushes, poly are infinitely better than rubber and will last twice as long. You can either buy a bush set, which will come with the washers, or a pair of complete drop links which come pre-assembled and include the bushes, washers, ball joints and nuts.
You can get either from Milners Off-Road or take a chance on some of the ones on eBay - warning though, some of the eBay drop links are not very good quality and won't last long. If you go for a poly bush set they are likely to be ok wherever you buy them.
