Common places that need welding???

Hi could anyone tell me the areas of my Maverick that are likely to be rotten please i have already done the inner and outer sills and the 2 rear seatbelt mounting points on mine is there anywhere else that i need to checks?

Pull up boot carpet and under seats

Front inner wings by bulkhead, outer wings

Front cross member behind bumper

thats pretty much the common places which you have done. Does not harm to lift the rear carpets too see if it's going anywhere else.

As said, for some reason the boot floor where the rear seats bounce down on to the floor.
Don't know why but as said the front inner wings where they join the bulkhead, it seems to be the NS that is the worst for some reason. It's a fiddly job but do able with a capable welder that is will to spend a little time.

And out riggers to outer of bumper fixing, from inside the wheel arches.

As said, for some reason the boot floor where the rear seats bounce down on to the floor.

Caused by a double skin, under the floor.:doh
