Hi all had a run out today in the Mrs car to collect my wine (all 18 cases of it) and on the way home the engine light came on and a short while later the abs light came on as well, an hour later stopped for fuel and on restarting both lights were normal again, when the lights were on I had no performance loss at all, so read the codes on getting home and got 143, it is not in my list but am sure I have seen it some place on here, but cannot use the search function it seems on my tablet for some reason, so be nice if someone could enlighten me, Rick

Thanks very much for that, yes it helps a great deal, my Mrs car key ring is full of womanly junk, and I suspect all this jangaled metal flapping around has confused the nats sensor on the ignition lock, I would not mind betting the light has been on when she has been driving but not noticed it it will explain why it was normal after the fill up, Rick
