Hi folks, been while since I posted on here so I must have a problem. I am leaking clutch fluid from the flexible pipe which connects to the slave cylinder, is this a dealer only part do you know?

Car is a T2 petrol 2.4, 1997.
Cheers for now,
Chris

All sorted, found some old brake lines from a GSXR 600 in our garage and one of them was a perfect fit.

Had a prob the other day whyle on hols towin the caravan .Clutch pedal went in an stayed in on investigation pipe had burst under the body infact down near the back wheel and all the fluid leaked out . The question is what the hell is the clutch fluid doing at the back wheel as it seems to stop at some sort of box that does nothin , Cut the pipe and bent it and now it works fine .. confused ???????:bow

Apparently that length of pipe that goes down towards the rear wheel is some sort of clutch damper, I have heard of people removing this and blanking it off with no ill effect.

Re removing the damper pipe, how would you blank of after removing the pipe, can you get a blanking pipe etc?

Cut the pipe just after the T-piece and use a 10mm compression stop-end to seal it.

One member, not sure who now, just undid the pipe, found a ball bearing the correct size and placed in the T then replaced the pipe, excellent simple fix.
