Clutch damper

Hi, everyone just a question about the mystery clutch damper pipe on my 98 se is it the pipe that sits on n/s inner wheel arch looks like abreather pipe.

No, it runs the length of the chassis to a bleed nipple on the drivers side with all the steel fuel / brake lines to just infront of the rear wheel.
