clutch damper pipe

Does anyone know the diameter of the clutch damper pipe which runs to the back of the truck as I removed mine a few weeks ago and it gave me an instant noisy release bearing so i want to replace it also could you please tell me the correct way to bleed the hydraulic side of things. Do I start bleeding it at the valve on the end of this damper pipe ??

Same as brakes, furthest away from master cylinder. Sorry can't help with pipe but it's an idea I've been toying with too.

Can't help on the size, but I was wondering if you could use flexible pipe, and get away with a much shorter length, as surely the rubber would act as a damper by it's self.
