Clutch adjustment - T2 ?

In some past threads various people have mentioned that it is poss to adjust but, as yet, I haven't found out the method

Currently at 140k it is a PITA in the mornings to find 1st/2nd and the clutch pedal is about 2" lower than the brake.

We plan to get the clutch plates changed soon but in the mean time......

There is an adjustment nut on the pedal itself as it goes through the bulkhead.....not sure how much it will give you but it should raise the pedal giving you more travel??
