clunk from front end of r20

hi,

getting an odd clunk, doesnt seem to fit with hitting a bump in road

shouldnt be drop links as done on test 6 months ago.

truck has fixed hubs, could the front end, diff, or prop make a noise
thinking cv or something, goes as quick as comes, cant create it?

bit vague, sorry, but appreciate any pointers to things to look at.

when does it happen most? i.e going over bumps?

not full lock, thats a different clunk, pretty much removed by greased bits!

can get it on a smooth road, mind not many of those round here.

if front end is turning all time, fixed hubs would that make anything up from
diff more likely? thinking diff doesnt move as fixed by IFS

might be worth looking at the drop links anyway as six months is a long time!
