You are a long time dead

I try to have fun every day

Hi Wendy, well wifey bought one of Bernards today. I have to say though one day I really would like to try a Goose, I'd also like to try a bird within a bird within a bird but I doubt I'll try that either.
We usually have Christmas dinner at teatime on Christmas Eve, this way my wife just takes it easy on Christmas day. Whilst wife takes it easy and the inlaws come to visit I scurry off to the kitchen and do more roast spuds and have a the turkey and what ever veg is left over for Christmas Day lunch. Then we go for a walk in the afternoon, so that's Christmas in my house.

Jim

Well Jim
I have done the bird inside a bird
I am lucky to have local gamekeepers around me and we trade birds
This year we have (so far) large turkey, goose, pheasant, guinne fowl,
woodsnipe, pigeon, partridge.

All to be bonned out and stuffed
Stuffing to make .......

I love christmas
