If you haven't done it at least a dozen times today already, have a feel of your balls – and in doing so commemorate the fact that we're still in Everyman's Male Cancer Awareness Month.
Unlike other cancers, testicular is one you can check yourself for anytime of the day or night – though we suggest the privacy of your own bath or shower is best. It's actually the 10th anniversary of the campaign so even more reason to hold a ball, or two – ideally checking each of them for any lumps or kinks you're not sure about. Also feel for any enlargement of the testes or a dull ache in around your groin. When you're finished log on to www.icr.ac.uk to find out more – just wash your hands first.
