changing up and down 2 to 3 and 3 to 2

Hi,
New to the site.... HELLO

I have a 1997 Maverick lwb 2.7.
Had a new clutch put in .. then the probs started... 4x4 now lumpy. and when gears warm up, very hard going 2 into 3 and 3 back to 2.... pedal went hard when clutch first put in, got it adjusted....
Garage tells me after the money paid, they NOT TO SURE ABOUT 4 x 4's.

anyway, any ideas on the gears/clutch???

The box is a big very heavy bit of kit, if when entering it into the clutch center plate they let it drop a bit then the centre plate will be bent, so when you put your foot on the pedal the center plate will drag, hence difficult gear changes, the only cure, new center plate, Rick
