At a guess my 03 Terrano doesn't have canbus :nenau
I've fitted some led sidelights & I haven't noticed any errors showing.

Just received some led HB4's for the front fog lights. I must say that I'm quite impressed with them.
I use the front fogs in low visibility, like rain, dusk & dawn conditions & just use my headlights for night time.

No canbus on any of the R 20 Terranos.
Canbus, Pain in Ar** for our Skoda Yeti, I fitted the tow bar myself, and I had to design some electronics to interface to the canbus, so they were optically isolated from the can bus. The canbus can't see my tow bar, so no bulb failure, except for indicator bulb fail, which is a legal requirement.
In fact there is 5 kv isolation between the two. I wasn't happy with the kits that you can get, as any unknown fault could in theory blow the canbus. Thus not covered by warranty:doh
Skoda wanted £500-£800 I fitted mine for under £100 Ok only used for small camping trailer or bike rack.
