thats it, two phases and earth this would give you 380v-415v across the phases.
red plugs = 380v 415 volts.

supply is 2phases from a 3 phase supply.
not normal in domestic premises though, so check your supply, you should have 2 or even 3 electric meters, Red, Blue or Yellow phases. meters will have a coloured collar to identify which phase.
CAUTION....
iIt may be this plug was chosen for its current carrying capacity rather than the 380/415 volt phase to phase.
if it is a phase to Neutral, then this will be 240 volts and they have used the WRONG plug/ socket, if it is it would be best to use the blue type.
So check your supply at the main fuse box, ie by the meters, then check the supply on the Red socket, using the higher voltage range on the meter, and take EXTRA care 415 volts will fry you...
